  • King’s College is closed on 20th July. A walking tour of Cambridge will operate instead.
  • Due to on-going roadworks between Gloucester Road and Victoria, your tour will end within a 3 minute walk to Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1 and is three stops Eastbound on the Circle Line or the District Line to Victoria.

What you can expect

Head out of London into the traditional English countryside to explore 2 of Britain's most beloved academic cities. Visit Christ Church College, the largest of the colleges in Oxford, before heading to the elegant city of Cambridge, with its historic market places and renowned colleges.

Known as the “City of Dreaming Spires,” Oxford is a triumph of Romanesque and Gothic architecture, with the University of Oxford at its centre. Enjoy a tour of Christ Church College, which was used as the filming location of many scenes from the Harry Potter series.

Then ride out into the countryside and into Cambridge. See the famous University of Cambridge, including the renowned Cavendish Laboratory, King's College Chapel, and the Cambridge University Library. Marvel at the Peterhouse, which dates back to 1284 AD, before strolling along the picturesque cobbled streets and through the colourful historic markets.
