What you can expect

There are many enthusiasts who write to us for information on our cooking lesson. Our Cooking Class in Catania is aimed at those who want to have fun with Mediterranean cuisine, discovering the unique flavours of our land, in a welcoming and stimulating environment.

Each participant will be involved in the preparation of island dishes that can easily replicate at home. Sicilian cuisine directly, from Catania, to your home !!! The Cooking Class is carried out for a minimum of 2 and a max of 12 people.

Example of the menu:
-Sicilian typical bruschetta bruschetta
-Sicilian Sicilian caponata in sweet and sour or aubergine parmigiana
-Aport main spaghetti rolls with the norm or short paste ricotta tomato and basil

We loved our cooking class and our meal was delicious! We made two different types of bruschetta, homemade pasta, trofie, with Sicilian pesto and ended with pistachio and chocolate Cannolis. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and it was all of great quality. Our chef, Simona, has a very impressive cooking background and was a great instructor. She showed us how to make everything and helped us prepare the dishes and plate them in a professional way! We enjoyed some nice wine while we cooked and sat down and enjoyed a delicious dinner. We loved our experience and can’t wait to cook the food again.
