Palmaria is the first of the three islands of the Portovenere archipelago; we will explore its isolated coves and beaches accessible only by sea, the typical mussel farms of the gulf, and its fascinating high cliffs and hidden caves.
Isola del Tino (Pass by)
Tinos, the second of the three islands, will show you its lighthouse; you will discover the legend of the Saint who protects the island, while admiring the ruins of ancient monasteries and war stations.
Isola Del Tinetto (Pass by)
Arriving at the last island, you can admire the statue of Stella Maris, the Virgin Mary, which rises alone in the middle of the sea above the rocks, as if to protect passing ships.
Grotta di Byron (Pass by)
This cave bears the name of the famous English poet because of a fascinating local legend; here you can take a break by diving for a refreshing bath, and it is also the best time to taste a typical Italian aperitif.
Porto Venere (Pass by)
