What you can expect

This is an exclusive small group tour combining nature, great landscapes and amazing wines. Travel approximately 30 minutes towards the wine region of Vinalopo from Alicante. You will have a local wine expert and guide from Alicante who will provide information about Alicante and Spain while we travel to the winery.

Upon arrival explore the beautiful surroundings of the family run vineyard with your local guide. If you are visiting in harvest season, you might even get to try some grapes! Learn about the wine making process and explore the bodega (wine cellar and holding tanks).

After enjoying a wine tasting accompanied with snacks. This is a great opportunity to know a little more about Alicante and know more about the wines of the Mediterranean!

The tour was excellent from the moment we were picked up in Alicante. Alberto the guide was like a Spanish encyclopaedia with interesting facts on everything from local must see spots to micro climate for best vines. His humour was infectious and his knowledge was incredible. It was a great half day trip and we would say it was the highlight of a remarkable four day visit to Alicante.

Our tour guide was phenomenal. I wish I could remember his name, but he was local, knew everything about the history of Alicante and the winery and vineyards. The home and property was established in 1707 and the tour included some of the original red Alicante marble from 300 years ago. The wine was better than anything in Spain I have experienced so far. In addition I learned about what to look for in Spanish wine.

The greatest tour that we took, next to the Charming Villages tour, hosted by the same group - were both amazing! Our guide, Alberto was so kind, friendly & knowledgeable - while making it fun for everyone. There were 4 of us & we all had a spectacular time! Would absolutely recommend!

From start to finish, we had an amazing tour. Friendly, informative and relaxed. A short trip outside Alicante to the beautiful Casa Sicilia. Generous glasses of wine to sample and very reasonably priced tapas boards to enjoy. We would highly recommend this tour as a great way to spend a few hours off the beach. A must -do for wine lovers.

The guide Alonso, was excellent, very knowledgeable in both wines, and Alicante. The tour itself, was just right, in terms of time, and overall activities that were done. Nothing was rushed, everything was laid back, and everyone had time to enjoy the overall experience.
