Ola hotel is in a great spot to experience all tha San Juan has to offer. The staff was friendly and super accomodating. I cannot wait to return

It’s a new, very well kept little hotel with a rooftop jacuzzi and restaurant. Views of the bay and a Ferris wheel. It’s not as close to the charming parts of Old San Juan as we wished, but we walked there one day (in about 30 minutes) and the hotel concierge drove us there and picked us up in their “shuttle” (a fun yellow golf cart!) the other times. Great concierges!!! There’s a very small gym - not enough room to even turn around- but I borrowed some weights and took them to the rooftop to work out, then returned them. Our room had a comfortable bed and a comfortable pullout couch and kitchenette.

Stayed about a week, right on the beach, super friebdly service, off your room beach chairs and umbrellas available from hotel as well as beach resturant service, pool side resureant as well as rooftop restaurant and bar.

Large room with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C, nice little balcony, and great water pressure, although I could never get the water beyond warm. I wish there had been an electric burner, but there wasn't. It had a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. So we were able to make coffee every morning, reheat some leftovers, but no ability to cook. They really should fix the bathroom door in room 41A, as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. So every time one of us got up to use the bathroom, we woke the other one. The solid wood doors to the balcony kept the room nice and dark, enabling us to sleep in, and also kept any noise from the street from disturbing us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again if we come back to Old San Juan. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Old San Juan, and restaurants were everywhere.

Too expensive compared with better alternatives in Puerto Rico like El Conquistador

Wonderful stay. Beautiful resort and excellent staff.

I hate giving it a 3 star, because the property is nice, the beach is beautiful, hotel lobby area excellent. However, the rooms are awful. I paid extra for a patio room which was was on a roof, no view, i mean completely no view. OLD ripped furniture. They need to renovate the room! Every guest I saw was either complaining or getting a room change.

We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Due to a blackout we were moved to the Oliver Hotel because they still had power. The staff made the transition smooth and effortless.
