The staff are exceptional! Everyone works super hard to help the guests and ensure they have everything needed. Jeff, one of the porters, was especially friendly and helpful. The porter who worked the other shift was also wonderfully kind and helpful but Ive forgotten his name.
The hitel is right in Chinatown and you can walk to most of the malls and restaurants. There is a wonderful display of Philippine books for sale in the lobby that is interesting to browse. The restaurant even kept my medicine refrigerated for me between checkout and my departure to the airport. I would recommend a stay in this hotel.

The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. I told them we were there to celebrate my mother’s 94th birthday at a restaurant nearby. When we hoot to our room. The room was decorated with a happy birthday sign and she was given a thoughtful cake. I appreciate the extra effort to make my mother feel special on her day.
