We stayed one night before getting ferry from Alcúdia and they gave us a very small room in H block at the furthest point away from main areas. Restaurant in adults only area was good for dinner and breakfast. Have stayed before a few years ago for two nights and experience was completely different room much better.

Great value and good food. Did not like cats running around in the dining area.

We had an excellent stay although the weather was bad there was enough entertainment in the hotel itself that we never got bored. Nice spread of food and very friendly staff.

The hotel and general experience was great, however they sell it as coming with activities for children which basically there isn't, the childrens activities weren't there when they said they would be so if you plan a day staying in the hotel because there is an activity that sounds good there is a good chance it isn't actually on when you get there; staff kept saying well it's an external contractor who does it for us so we don't know anything about it. Would have been fine if they just said no it's not something we do but they advertise it pretty strongly so they get a poor review for not really trying. If i had know I may well have decided it wasn't quite worth what they were charging in the first place, ho hum.

Location, service, clealiness all 5 stars! Very walkable to every attraction, transportation and foid options. Staff are super friendly yet professional!

Beautiful hotel, great selection of food, friendly staff but very disappointing that the pools are not heated. Such a shame. And also the walls are paper thin in the hotel, you can hear everything. Other than that, all good

Nice property, big room, decent breakfast, delightful welcome champagne and free airport shuttle.

Decent room overlooking the bay. Large beds. Helpful staff. Would have been nice to know the hotel was just in front of a massive building site though.

The third time we’ve stayed here. Will be back. Excellent value for money.

Great location, nice modern room and great service at reception. Only small complaint is I had to walk a bit to get to my room because it was in another building.
