Customers can buy the Pass'Alsace and choose the type of Pass (3 days, 24h or 48h) for adults or for children less than 12 years old.

Once you get your digitalized Pass it will be activated at the time of your first visit .

If you choose the 3 days Pass'Alsace you have 2 weeks to use your 3 days activities, for instance a first activity day in the North of Alsace and visit the Fleckenstein Castle and Batorama in Strasbourg, the second activity day can start 2-3 days later giving to you the facility to travel to the Centre of Alsace, and then you can travel to the south few days later and again use your Pass Alsace to visit for instance the Ecomusée or the Zoo in Mulhouse.

Then you can start organising your visits to a fantastic large choice of museums, castles, wildlife parcs and others. With the Pass Alsace you have free entry to 59 sites in Alsace. Among the most visited in Alsace you can find the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, the Monkeys mountain or the Batorama sightseeing boat tour in Strasbourg. But thanks to the geolocation the app will show you other sites to visit close to the place where you are.

Each time when you visit a site you have to show your pass at the entry. The system is digitalized and there are readers to read the QR code of your e-ticket or smartphone application giving you the authorisation to entry free of charge.
