The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and there is a cute outdoor space with a fenced backyard. It is a very convenient location and less than 5 min from bars and nightclubs. "

"We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road....

"Check in process was horrible , one of them rooms had bed bugs! My daughter was all bit up and the house didn’t look like the picture "

"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. I recommend...

"This was the perfect location for sleeping after a busy day in Central Florida. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. The air-condition was perfect. We wanted to swim, but we didn't get a chance- though the pool was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was wonderful. The location is very close to Florida Southern, Southeaster University, and downtown Lakeland and just a hop and a skip over to Orlando or towards the beach!"

"Eric was very accommodating and nice. Check in and check out was easy. The property overall was good. We did find one of the linens to be dirty. We weren’t also aware there were two or three trailers in the back by the pool area where owner was his warehouse/business equipment. We didn’t mind and we still had our privacy. Overall our stay was comfortably and worth the price. "

"We booked this location as it was my daughter's 19th birthday and we had family and friends came in as a surprise. We ended up not having enough room for everyone so I booked this so my family had somewhere nice and comfortable to stay. The accomidations were great and everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to move around the house. The communication was great and we had no issues throughout the weekend we stayed. Would definitely book this home again if needed."
