Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa situated in a quite residential area of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca Town Center where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
The private garden and large heated pool 9x4.5 with a depth of 1.8 the area is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there is a shallow pool ideal for small children and babies to splash around in.
The large patio area is complete with a BBQ, dining table and chairs positioned under a pergola.
Villa Ocaso sleeps 8 people, downstairs is a large double bedroom, en-suite shower, patio doors leading onto the terrace area, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom, 2nd shower room/wc.
Upstairs is another large double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony, a second twin bedroom, shared bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower.
Downstairs living area, with large dining area, seating for 8 people, and small seating area with patio doors leading onto the terrace.
English TV and wifi available.

.Très bien
La maison est parfaite suffisamment spacieuse pour 8 personnes, nous avons passé 8 jours magnifiques sur cette île. Excentrée du centre ville de playa Blanca mais pas trop… très calme (juin) la maison est propre avec toutes les commoditées, la piscine également, avec le passage du personnel qui l’entretient… je recommande vivement cette location. Également Jodie est une interlocutrice qui est très réactive et disponible pour toutes vos questions

Villa idéale !
Villa propre et spacieuse, ou chaque occupant peut avoir son espace. Piscine très agréable (et propre, entretien réalisé deux fois pendant la semaine) et suffisamment grande / profonde pour permettre à des ados d'en profiter. Le centre vile de Playa Blanca est à moins de 15 minutes (en y allant tranquillement) et environnement calme. Communication avec les propriétaires simple et efficace. Bref, on est comme chez soi, mais avec le soleil en plus

Villa qui pourrait être très agréable sans certains inconvénients majeurs
La maison pourrait être très agréable mais il y a des prestations qui mériteraient d'être remis au gout du jour comme les canapés du séjour d'un autre âge très inconfortables à mon goût et la machine à café (pas d'expresso tant pis) mais si vous n'êtes pas très exigeants ça passe. En revanche il y a plusieurs inconvénients majeurs qui pèsent sur le séjour. Le premier est l'absence de volets dans les chambres parentales !!! (hormis une petite chambre d'enfant au premier) Réveil aux aurores assuré, inadmissible. Le second concerne la piscine (pas la piscine en elle même) mais ce qui s'y rattache : pourquoi la douche extèrieure ne fonctionne t-elle pas ? mais surtout attention au carrelage situé tout autour qui devient très glissant une fois mouillé (pas top si vous avez des enfants qui courent). Prenez soin de vérifier si des travaux sont en cours dans les maisons avoisinantes car même au mois d'août ça travaille sur les chantiers et les bruits de disqueuse au petit matin et dans la journée ce n'est pas terrible. Le portail extèrieur n'est pas en bon état et la poignée est bloquée, pas pratique au quotidien pour rentrer la voiture. Dommage peut mieux faire.

Relaxing stay
Very much a holiday let, clean and functional. Great pool and outside area, asked to keep property clean but no cleaning utensils or products provided ie. Dishclothes, cleaner for toilets, washing up liquid or bin bags etc so had to go out and stock up on arrival. Overall had a great time.

Great stay had by us all, the villa was clean and well equipped, a large sized pool which was great when we treated ourselves to the heating. Walk into town was 20 mins all down hill, property manager was helpful and pleasant to deal with A great location and quiet too, WiFi and uk to channels, keys were left in a key safe which made check in straight forward, well worth a visit

Lovely villa, hope to return!
Lovely villa, perfect for family stay to allow everyone to go at their own pace. Nice residential area - no traffic noise or other disturbances. Pleasant walk to and from Playa Blanca even with 4 under 10s in tow - much flatter than I expected. Lots of amenities nearby. Great communication with property managers both before and during stay. Hoping to return!

Toaster Gate!
The property was adequate could do with a little modernisation things getting tired etc kitchen wise ?, everything there apart from sharp knives to cook with and a toaster that only did 1 side at a time. We did speak to the property manager on the Tuesday but clearly they discussed this between themselves and decided that we weren’t a good enough client as they told us that they would replace it for the next people, I presume there money is better than ours or they didn’t trust us with sharp knives and working toasters. Apart from that the rest of the stay was good 👍

Fabulous villa in a fabulous location
We have just returned from two incredible weeks staying at Villa Ocaso. The villa is in a fantastic location. It is a short walk from Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo (our favourite place to eat, drink and just soak up the sun whilst taking in the wonderful view). There is a small shop just across the way from the villa where you can purchase all your essentials. The villa is spacious with a lovely pool area where we spent most of our mornings just relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We will most definitely be returning.

LOVELY VILLA LOCATION
Perfect location for us, and layout suited our family too. Pool was even warmer this year. We just like to sit under the verandah and Look at the trees around the pool. Everything provided, but could i suggest a little curtain or blind at the kitchen window, when it is dark as a woman felt a bit vulnerable that anyone could see us. Otherwise recommend.

Loved Villa Ocaso!
We had the best time staying in villa Ocaso.. 3 generations of family staying here and it catered for all. The location was great… we did end up hiring cars as we found the quickest route into playa Blanca was a bit all terrain and not great for pushing buggy’s, but fine if it was just adults staying here. Central location, everything was 5- 10 mins in the car. The pool was amazing and paying the extra for heating was well worth it, the nicest pool temp I’ve ever been in! Jodie has been great and comes back quickly to any questions. We are even looking at booking again for next year! We loved it!

Delightful villa
Communications before and during our stay were excellent. The outside space was delightful but the furniture inside was tired, uncomfortable, stained, and, unsuitable for a luxury villa. A lot of the utensils in the kitchen were also of poor quality. This is a luxury villa, at a luxury price, but it is let down by the fine detail.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen! Die Villa ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Der Garten und der Pool sind super! Man läuft etwa 20 Minuten bis in den Ort mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgeschaltet, was man so braucht. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle Herd! Der Pool kann beheizt werden, was aber extra kostet, lohnt sich aber.

Das Haus ist geräumig und hat ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Der Pool ist ideal für eine kleine Erfrischung und der Grill ist perfekt für einen schönen Abend. Am Anfang haben wir das Haus nicht gefunden, wurden aber sofort von der Gastgeberin unterstützt.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ocaso. The property is very well maintained and excellently equipped. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Location is great, a nice walk down to the main town around 15mins. The pool is absolutely lovely and communication with Jodie really simple and easy.

Perfect
The villa is so lovely and in a lovely quiet area of Playa Blanca but not too far away from the shops beaches and eating places. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and we will certainly be booking this villa again. A bonus was the TV with english channels, sports channels, films and best of all netflix for the nights we didnt want to move from the villa. We hired a car which made things a lot easier but if you dont mind walking then you really dont need one. On a couple of occasions when we needed the hosts they were very quick to answer very helpful and very friendly.
