Our 3rd property! Come experience this newly renovated home which offers 2,000+ sq. ft of space, a large living and dining area, kitchen with stainless appliances, 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2nd Master suite!

Great for weddings and visiting the DC area with friends, families, & colleagues.

After 4 guests $10 per guest per night (this is not included in your total cost. A separate fee request will be sent)
Pet fee= $99 for 1 pet
More than 1 pet = $50 addtl fee
Early check-in offered -2:30pm ($25)
Late check-out offered -11:30am ($25)


This home has three levels, with 2 stairwells, one leading to the upper level and one leading to the basement. There are 3 stairs to enter the home.

Free Wifi (700+ MB speeds). Keyless Entry. Video recording system (Ring) has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety, a TV in all bedrooms, a private Master suite in the basement with its own private entry as well as a Foosball table!

Main Level
The main level features a fully stocked Kitchen with a breakfast nook, a large Living and Dining Room and a half bath.
The stairs are to the right of entry way and a hallway will lead you to the Living Room Oasis. The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are connected with a wrap around, open concept layout. The Dining Room features a large table that seats 8 guests. The Living Room has a 65” in. TV set up in guest mode for you to enjoy you’re personal streaming services.
The Kitchen is setup to accommodate 8 people to include the basic essential cooking supplies. Small appliances include a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave.

Upstairs Level
The upstairs features 3 warm and inviting bedrooms.

Master
Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a brand new, private Full Bathroom! You will find a queen sized bed, two large windows, a single closet and 55” ROKU TV setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.

Bedrooms 2 & 3
The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds, their own closets and 32” ROKU TVs set up in guest mode for you to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

Downstairs Level - Bedroom 4
This level features a walkout basement with private full bathroom (w/ standing shower). This room features a queen sized bed, foosball table and a 55” in. TV set up in guest mode for you to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.
The laundry room is also downstairs in the storage area (please bring your detergent).

Great place to stay
Good location for trips into DC and Fredericksburg. Close to coffee, restaurants,and shopping. Condo was very clean and had all we needed for a fun trip to the area.

Nice quiet condo
Plenty of room to stay with a family. Very clean. Very peaceful and quiet for relaxing. Small fenced in yard for doggies to do their business. Nice park just down the street. Good walking area to exercise yourself and pets. Shopping and gas stations close by. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean, comfortable and stocked very nice. The communication with the host was 10 stars, very prompt and detailed information. Location was great and neighborhood nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this property, especially if you have family coming to the area from different areas of the US.

Mt Vernon Vacation with family
It was a quick trip to Mt Vernon and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was adequate, but could use more silverware and plates. Also needs another kitchen towel or two. We had 7 people eating and eating together as a family was very tight at one table. Thank you.

Good Choice
Solid choice for a stay. Three story Townhouse with basement bedroom + foosball table. Area was safe, bottom floors got better A/C than top. I'm sure that can be adjusted we just stayed for one night. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed I stayed in was very comfy. I slept so well. We felt we had everything we needed, towels, bedding, pillows, cookware, dishware etc... Water can get HOT and I mean Hot my dudes. Be careful with this. My wife set off 3 smoke alarms in the middle of the night from a steamy shower so be mindful and turn on the bathroom fan if you're downstairs taking a hot lava shower. I would stay here again. 😁👍
