very clean and tidy, lovely staff. was unable to get through to them for a late check in, phone kept ringing out - the website said reception was staffed at the time I called. Parking was a little tricky to get to for someone who had never been there before. however, all the staff were very helpful

We had a great stay! I was worried when booking that noise might be an issue, but we had two nights of sound sleeping and no problems. Staff were very friendly and easy parking around the back of the building. Excellently located close to the beach and dining options. I would stay here again!

Great bed and shower. Clean room, tea and biscuits all excellent. Perfect location. BUT i was woken at 4.40am by a very loud whistling sound in the wall. It lasted around 30 mins. I'm guessing it was the water pipes. No more sleep for me after that.
