At the base you will find the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, music, bars, coffee shops, scheduled entertainment, and much more. The town of Winter Park is only a five-minute drive or FREE shuttle away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, nightlife and various scheduled events and activities in the Town's Rendezvous amphitheater. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional Rocky Mountain adventure.

Good option for close to resort; details to consider
Nicely maintained overall and well-appointed kitchen as others have mentioned (check the pantry before going to the grocery store if you can, but also check expiration dates of what’s in there). Great location in terms of proximity to the resort - it’s somewhat challenging in ski boots, but a 5-7 min. hike up a small hill across from the property, over the railroad tracks, and down a short access road lands you at the Gemini lift/ski school area. Worth it not to have to worry about parking at the resort or taking the Lift shuttle (which as of March 2023 was not running consistently or as frequently as pre-COVID). If you’re a decent skier and there’s enough snow on the ground, you may be able to ski most of the way home. They also had a good, if somewhat dated, selection of board games that we got good use from. Couple of things to be aware of / future improvement opportunities for the owners: - The master bedroom faces the resort and the train tracks, which get used by a couple trains a day. Only one woke us up in the early morning but those whistles are loud. - Similarly, there is a guy that plows the street right outside the master bedroom with a Bobcat at 5-6am on days that require it. Better than being snowed in of course, but also pretty loud - light sleepers will want some white noise running. - The first floor room with dual bunk beds may be great for small kids, but the mattresses are really pretty flimsy and my 11 and 14 year old ended up sharing the king in the other bedroom instead. The two king beds are both quite comfortable, but the bunk beds could use an upgrade to be on par with the rest of the house. - Safety point for those that will be in their stocking feet: The hardwood floors are super smooth. My kids and I almost ate it a couple times the first days in different spots. Overall good experience and location. We may opt to try something else next time, especially if we could find same price point with a hot tub.

Great condo. Close to the lift, its a hike up the hill but once your over the hill you are only 2 minutes from the lift, probably a 8 minute walk in total. Clean place, very spacious. I would stay here again.

We had been looking forward to this trip all year. Unfortunately my family got Covid four days before we were supposed to fly to the property. We alerted the host to see what our options were. After the initial response, all of my messages to ask ask about rescheduling and options went unanswered. The host had taken our money and wouldn’t respond further about a cancellation or request for date change as we were devastated we couldn’t fly to CO due to being sick. It is so disappointing, disgusting someone could be so rude, selfish and have such greed to not even respond to an email or provide any communication after taking thousands of dollars. I caution anyone is thinking about renting this property to know the host has no respect or care for their clients, all they care about is your money.

Beautiful Townhome with Great Mountain View
We really enjoyed this lovely town house. It is very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with spices and most everything you would need to cook. The only drawback for us was the train whistle, which woke us a few times at night and early in the morning. Also, the unit is not ski-in or ski-out for the average person. Though not advertised as such, some reviewers said they managed it. It requires hiking up a steep hill, then crossing a train track and a road to get to the Winter Park base. However, the Lift bus stop is about 500 feet away. (Unfortunately, the shortage of drivers meant it was not operating on schedule.)

Great Place for a Ski Weekend
This is a beautiful townhome --- comfortable, lots of room for everyone to spread-out, and great views of the mountain. It's just a short walk to the Gemini chairlift, but requires a fairly steep climb up the hill; coming back is much easer (with the snow cover, we were able to ski all the way to the front door). Thanks for a great weekend --- our family would definitely stay here again!

Easy Vacation!
This condo had the best appointed kitchen of any place I have ever stayed! Salt, cooking oil, coffee filters, even mayo and mustard in the refrigerator! It was very clean and easy to access. Location was close to the Lift bus and Winter Park Resort. We were also VERY close to the Amtrak train tracks, and that was a nightly 3 am noise, but it honestly isn't any different if you were staying at Winter Park Resort- the train is still close to those lodgings as well. The access to Xplorie free activities was a bonus and allowed to have some fun free experiences while we were there (white water rafting, horseback riding, mini golf and beautiful 18 hole golf as well).

Fabulous well stocked kitchen. Great for a large group. Would have easily accommodated more people. Beautiful view of the slopes. From the deck we loved watching bikers fly off the jumps Mattresses were very firm. We used your iron but were unable to find the ironing board. We had a wonderful time and would rent again.
