Comes equipped with seating for 10 people over a rustic dining set. Cook away with state of the art appliances that are built into our luxurious cabinetry - full size oven, full size range, full size microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer. Pots and pans, silverware, dining set and glasses are included.

Bedroom 1 - Located on the lower ground floor of the home and includes 1 queen bed, 1 two person couch, private full bathroom and closet space.

Bedroom 2 - Located on the main level of the home across from the kitchen and includes 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, workstation and closet space.

Bedroom 3 - Located on the second level of the home provides 1 queen bed and 1 full bed with lots of storage space. .

Bedroom 4 - Located within bedroom 3 loft area. You will find a king size bed and a 4-person workstation

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is an incredibly chic space. Located on the 2nd Floor with a reclining king bed. Has a balcony that overlooks the front of the property. Don't forget about the abundant closet space. Also includes a pack-n-play for our little friends. .

At night time, relax and star gaze from the deck. Our unique chalet comes an outdoor with fire pit, 8 outdoor chairs, string lights over the deck and a propane BBQ grill. Propane for the grill and complimentary firewood are included with your stay it is a large fire pit on the grounds which is our favorite way to end the day.

The property is exclusively yours, without interruption for as long as the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Unauthorized pets - $450

Important: We kindly ask that all guests complete our guest verification process to ensure a smooth check-in experience. This is in line with rental regulations and is facilitated through our trusted third-party app, Superhog. The process is quick and easy! Superhog will reach out to you via email or text, offering you a choice between a security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This helps protect both you as our valued guest and us as your host. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival.

Please note that our home is in the mountains and in a very rural area. We share our mountain with all of the woodland creatures that inhabit the area. Guests MUST not leave any food or trash outdoors. If you use the grill, it must be cleaned and covered before you go to bed. Black bears, coyotes, raccoons and other animals live in these mountains and are masters at sniffing out food.

Also, in the winter, our road gets plowed after significant snow events (over 3"). We highly recommend that our guests travel to the Chalet in vehicles that are equipped to handle winter in the mountains (all wheel or 4x4 drive).

Additional visitors and guests not part of the booking are not permitted unless approved by the hosts.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN.

Please do not charge your electric cars using our house power. There is a charging station at Windham Mountain for your convenience.

Tap water is clean and safe to drink but we also have an RO system in the kitchen.
