Enjoy the ocean breezes and views from the front porch. Walk to popular Tiki Bar and Restaurant, Carolina Beach Lake, farmers' market, restaurants. Minutes to downtown, boardwalk, shopping, state park, NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher, ferry to Southport. This home is close to Wilmington and all it has to offer is only a short drive away! This unit has two bedrooms and one full bath and has an airy, open feel with nine-foot ceilings. Hurry don't miss the warm southern winds. Enjoy the living the exciting life of a Southern Belle. The adjoining unit can be rented with this unit, by going to VRBO and searching for (Bowfin Beach House #2 VRBO:954628) Please note: Intracoastal Realty Corporation does not own or manage the adjoining unit.

Great Place to Enjoy the Wilmington area!
This property was a great place for us to use to explore a wonderful area and the hosts provided everything we needed! We loved all of the bike trails, beaches, parks (with pickle ball courts) and the state park on the Cape Fear river. We found fresh seafood to grill, and fun restaurants very nearby. We explored downtown Wilmington, the Fort, and the aquarium. It was a great, relaxing, fun several days!

Location was 2 blocks from the beach with boardwalk access onto the beach. House was clean and well equipped as if home. Firepit below with chairs made for enjoyable nights. Front porch was very comfortable too.

Wonderful beach escape!
We had a great visit and could not have enjoyed the area more. Ideally located steps from the beach and walkable to great food, this was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I along with our pups!

Nice weather, loved the beach.
Condo is very nice, however some areas of concern. We could not get the cable connected to the bedroom TV. We notified the property mgr. No response, we only had one TV. The light over the doorway going up the steps to get in the unit is out. It's very difficult to enter a door code in the dark (and is quite dangerous). The bathroom sink is stopped up. The cleanliness of the unit needs attention. We had great weather and loved the beach. We hope to visit again!

Wonderful stay!
The Southern Belle was a beautiful place to stay for the week! Very clean and accommodating. Had everything you might think you’d need while staying somewhere for a week. Was a perfect location and directly across from the Tennessee beach access. Took less than 5 minutes to walk! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone who asks for a good place to stay at Carolina Beach!

Excellent location. Clean and cheery and we were able to meet the owner who was great! Can see the ocean from the porch which was an unexpected surprise! Will definitely go there again.
