Beautiful walkout basement suit, independent from the rest of the house. Looks out into the beautiful battle river valley, here wildlife are often seen. Full kitchen amenities and bbq. Immediate access to miles of trail systems, perfect for walking, running, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Outdoor fire pit, A 5 minute drive to a riverside park. A 20 minute drive to a local ski hill.
