« Went Presidents’ Day. Literally across from loon. Resort offers free shuttle. Also 1/2 hour to Waterville valley. Super clean and plenty for adult and kids to do on property »

« Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area. »

« Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch. »

« When I first booked the room, I did so because of a previous stay that left me with a great impression. The bed was fantastic, and the staff and room service were top-notch. Unfortunately, this time around, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving, I found that the bed was not as advertised. Instead of the king-size bed I had expected, the room (202) had a Murphy bed, which I would never have chosen. To make matters worse, the Murphy bed was damaged. When I pulled it down, I...

« Très bel emplacement, mais propreté approximative ! Absence totale de déco des parties réception et lieu de prise de petit déjeuner, couloirs extérieurs et abords non entretenus, absence de volet pour fenêtre de salle de bain de sorte qu'une personne passant dans le couloir extérieur peut vous voir. En bref, structure extrêmement vieillissante qui nécessite une mise à niveau. »

« Un beau site , grande chambre et tres confortable , les espaces communs manque d'amour et sont pratiquement laissé a l'abandon , on se croirait dans les années 90'. La piscine exterieur est bien. Je recommande tout de meme cet hotel qui est bien situé. »
