A group of us guys enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything we need. The home was nice and had lots of space. It felt like a lot of stairs after a day on the ocean, we would do it again.

Very spacious, comfortable rooms, great light, had to stock kitchen with dish washer soap and paper towels, had to clean out broken glass from the disposal to get it to work, change water message on the hot tub so we only used it once, would have liked a few more chairs for the kitchen area, 1/2 the BBQ had to be lit by hand, would have loved screens on the windows so we could open them without letting in bees, a bit of a walk to the beach but that was ok, loved all the huckleberry bushes!

Lovely home with great access to the beach. A hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities. The home's layout was perfect for our family. Lot's of different gathering space and quiet, well appointed bedrooms.

Great but needs some TLC/refreshing
Nice property. Clean but lots of pet stains on carpets and nicks in walls and floors. Paint needs to be redone. A streaky/seal broken main window and top level shower door not clean. Need to use your own streaming services to use tv's and dining area tv not connected to anything. Main issue that nothing comfortable to recline on in main level with kitchen and deck. Only couches on bottom level. Great couches but needed another couch on main level. All furniture hard except beds on main level. Sadly, no view of fireworks from second floor deck. Surrounding trees too tall.

Place was great
Master bedroom bed was a little soft for my liking. Grill was old and kind of dirty, which isnt an issue for me, it all cooks off anyway, but the chore list for renters emphasized cleaning the grill if you used it. That looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. (We wound up having charcuterie for dinner anyway.) But the place was roomy and comfortable for eight adults, hot tub worked great. We walked to the beach and watched the sunset. Nice place, can recommend.

The property was impressive. We lucked out. The stairs were a little steep and the thermostat gave us a little bit of a problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Family Getaway
Overall great spot for two families wanting to get away! The layout is one king bedroom on the third floor, 2 queen bedrooms on the main/second floor and one king bedroom on the first floor so the parents and kids were all able to get their own rooms. Lots of common area space and the deck is fantastic! Really short drive to the main beach and walkable to the beach down a street. Host was very responsive. One really big bummer was the hot tub. We were so excited to use it but waited until Saturday night then realized it was unusable but we weren’t going call maintenance at that hour. The temp on the hot tub was showing 97 but was blinking red and scalding hot! Brought a meat thermometer down and it was actually 110 degrees!! Would check the hot tub prior to use so you could call for maintenance if needed

Property was all it said it was with no surprises. Great quiet location and a short stroll to the beach with a good chance of seeing a deer or two. Kitchen was very well outfitted and all was in order. The owner was very responsive and special thanks for fixing the hot tub on Christmas Eve of all days so we could enjoy that evening and Christmas Day.

Close to the beach and house was stocked with everything we needed. Only downfall was hot tub wasn’t warm (temperature was turned up) and a couch in the area by the kitchen would have been nice but we had a great time!

Lovely beach getaway
Great little house just a short walk through the woods to the beach. Very comfy beds and couches for lounging. Nice big extendable kitchen table that can seat 8 people comfortably. Our family had a really wonderful time here and would rent again.

The home was nice. I wish they had a book that told how to work everything in the house. We never did figure out the tvs. They were a mess and we had to go to a bar to watch the football game. The hot tub water was a weird color, I think too many chemicals in it so we didn’t use it. The beds were super comfortable and they have just about everything you need for going to the beach. Lawn chairs, a small cooler, hats. We had a great time and the house is close to town, not walkable really but it only took a few minutes to drive. We ate almost all of our meals there and the kitchen is nicely stocked.

Nice place for big group
Easy 5-10 minute walk to beach (2.5 minute bike ride). Quiet neighborhood. Property manager Paige was very communicative and responsive. The place was completely clean, except there was some sand in the hot tub -- didn't bother me, but that's my explanation for four instead of five stars on cleanliness. The hot tub was otherwise very clean. The house is spacious and easily handles a large group without feeling crowded. It has a nice 2nd floor wide deck. The 4 stars on location is just that it is not at the beach. You can't see the beach, but you can hear the waves. I would stay there again with a big group.

Really nice outdoor deck, 4 nice size bedrooms, 2 with king beds. Clean but needed more since it is a vacation rental. Fridge, bottom drawer of stove, bathrooms, glass windows and doors. Windows, outdoor lights on deck had 6 burned out. A descriptive notebook with how tv works- we didn’t watch much tv but the one time we wanted to we gave up. Info on channels available. How microwave and oven work, outside lights, shower and tubs, kitchen sink disposal, etc would of been helpful.Needed a few Box fans, sand toys, etc. Overall a great place for our 8 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler and an infant. We would love to come back. Neighbors were great.

Family weekend away
This is a great house to stay. Lots of rooms. Nice lounge for movie night. Walk to the beach. Big deck. It had a few minor details which hopefully the property manager will address.you will get your steps in with the three levels of stairs. A lot of kitchen items (probably left from previous users) and a lot of other party leftovers from others as well. The hot tub was screaming hot which was good for us. And a nice small fire pit (find wood locally much cheaper).

Relaxing stay in Westport
Our family had a wonderful time this weekend, this rental was clean, spacious, well stocked, and great set up with bedrooms on each floor, including 2 queens and 2 kings. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and nice furniture set up!! We will be back!!
