You cant beat the location of this charming one bedroom, one bathroom, second floor condo on Main Street in Westhampton Beach. You wont need your car as youre walking distance to the areas many popular restaurants, shops, theaters, and Rogers Beach. The condo is filled with natural light, enhanced by its neutral color palette with creamy walls and whitewashed flooring. The efficiency kitchen includes everything youll need for you stay including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and stovetop, and a refrigerator. The small adjacent dining space includes caf seating for two is opposite the comfortable pull-out sofa and ottoman. Also included is a 50 flat-screen smart TV. In the bedroom, youll find a comfortable queen bed and desk with upholstered office chair, and the stackable washer/dryer unit. Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Note: All payments must be made prior to check-in

Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.

Disappointing
I was really looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately I was surprised when we entered the listing to find, “pest repellant” plugs in more than one outlet, multiple traps set out in virtually every corner. The surfaces of the property like countertops, etc were clean. One thing I’ve never experienced before was that the property owners personal belongings were still in the property such as in the fridge and personal toiletries in the shower. Also, they require you to take the garbage out at the end of your stay to said dumpster in the parking lot, however this dumpster no longer exists. Even other property owners in the lot didn’t know where it was. Other than that, it was very central and easy location. It is right above the restaurant underneath so if you want quiet, you will not get that. Will visit WHB again just not this listing, sadly.

The owner left every storage space filled with his belongings: medicine cabinet, shower, closets, kitchen cabinets, desk drawers all filled with his stuff. Half used bar of soap and loofa in shower, Owner's used used toothbrushes in medicine cabinet. Collar stays scattered on desk. No dresser. There was no place to put our own clothes and we had to live out of suitcases in an apartment with limited floor space. Stubbed our toes! Felt like unwanted and unexpected house guest staying in kids' bedroom (lots of sports memorabilia on walls). Staymarquis concierge service was a sham. They did nothing to resolve the problem. Lip service and stringing along. Owner left his memorabilia and belongings, including items of a personal nature, on shelves, desktops, and surfaces. Concierge service claimed owner refused to allow them to move his items (though there was no where in the apartment to store them). "Concierge" service apparently did not bother to examine apartment before we arrived. Stopped communicating once I left unit.
