"This cozy house is located in a quiet location across from the lake! The house has lots of space in the eat-in kitchen and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The house was very clean and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We brought a young lady in a wheelchair (manual) so we had lots of questions and requirements to make her stay workable. We also appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out ! "Property is very large and mostly private with only one close neighbour. Close proximity to boat launch and ability to tie up at the dock on the property. River connects directly to Lake Nippissing with a 30 minute boat ride. Everything we needed was at the property. General store is very bare bones so be sure to stop for groceries before arriving. Overall a great stay, will definitely return!"
