« meme si chambre non fumeur, mon voisin de chambre fumait dans le cadrage de porte. Aussi il y a une cafetière sans affaire pour mettre le filtre, etc... Le lit était tellement mou. La télévision était tellement haute qu'il fallait se casser le cou pour la regarder. Aussi le son était barré et on entendait rien alors c'était comme si on écoutait un TV sans son. »

« Cute little place. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. We were not aware that there would be no towels, so bring your own if you stay here. The front door is weird and three of us pinched our fingers in the door. Also, the water smells a little funny. We had no cell phone service here, but the WiFi worked great. »

« Had a very quiet 4 night relaxed getaway with my family. Cabin & property were beautifully maintained. Very clean, nicely furnished, & cozy. Well stocked with just about everything. Very much enjoyed the back deck & fire pit. Orange cat befriended my family & was a pleasure to have around. Alison was always just a call or text away & was friendy & attentive. « Fantastic place! I can’t say enough good things. Great location, beautiful wooded property, walking distance to lake. Unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy everything the outside had to offer. The refrigerators were stocked and the place was ready for us. Lots of little extras for that special touch. Very clean and nicely decorated. Communication from the beginning was very timely. I will definitely go back!! »

« We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. « The owner made it clear in advance that there was basically no facilities. That was no problem for me. I was well prepared and had an enormous field to myself. The owner provided a huge amount of firewood and I enjoyed a nice campfire at night. In the morning, the field was covered in white frosting and wild(?) turkeys was walking through the field. For me, it was a great way to explore the area and avoided most of the eclypse traffic and it was well worth the money! »

« Perfect for a remote writing retreat! I spent a few days here on my own reading and writing and it was lovely. Was pretty easy to find although the lack of driveway was a bit confusing at first. The wifi and cell service is basically non-existent but for what I was trying to do that week. The sun room was lovely and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The shower had great pressure and the laundry worked great. The ladder to the loft was easy to get to up and down. I would book this place again. »
