« I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place. »

« Indoor pool and hot tub were great. The house is huge and there is plenty of room for our large group to not be on top of each other the whole time. Tons of beds and bedrooms. The house had everything we needed to make meals and there were plenty of pool floats for us to use.The property manager and owner were in touch before and during the trip and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was really appreciated. »

« We spent almost a week here while in town for the youth State Wrestling Championships. Kids, coaches and parent alike appreciated the retreat form the busy with it being a slice of home from back in the U.P. Host was super helpful and communicative, we will be staying again and our furry friend felt right at home. »

« We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat. »

« The Lake House was the perfect place to welcome the year’s first snowfall. The property is well maintained and the house was lovely. Wally welcomed us on our first day and we immediately felt comfortable as he gave us some great pointers and recommendations.
