« We loved our stay at this historic farmhouse in Culpeper. The location was perfect, halfway between Leesburg and Charlottesville and near central Virginia destinations. The listing and photos are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. First floor bedroom worked well for our family. Kitchen very well stocked, we even did some Christmas baking. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and parks. Yard was great for our dog. Recommended for family and friend groups who appreciate historic homes....

We spent our evenings on the screened in back porch. The pool and gardens were an added bonus. Every evening the neighbor cows would graze along the fence line- just a lovely get away from the City! »

« Our trip with our young adult college students went so well in large part due to the amazing space, well-stocked, and hospitable accommodations. We had room for large group gatherings and sharing meals together and quiet space for each student. The grounds and scenery are gorgeous. Well-maintained home and kind host. Wally even helped me unload as well as give me a tour of the home so I knew where everything was at. We definitely recommend this stay! »
