« We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home. »

« We loved the cool breeze that came off the golf course behind our condo. And seeing the turkeys and other birds that were there was fun too. I would give 5 stars, but it was not clear that the place would not have air-conditioning. The host gave us some extra fans to use. The pool and hot tub was nice as well. that was much appreciated. »

« Had a great stay here. The listing is very accurate, no surprises. Nice neighborhood, very quiet for most of our 8 nights here. House is well appointed with lots of kitchen supplies, beach supplies, sporting gear, etc. All of the communication with the property manager was detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We stayed for 4 nights in Waikoloa Village on the "Sunset house". It was very confortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay: cookware, many beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. The beds were confortable and the house was clean. Note that there are feral cats that live in the backyard and they would sit or sleep on the patio fourniture when we were away. »

« Bluffs is a great property in a quiet neighborhood a short distance (~6 miles) from the coast. It has a lovely commanding review of ocean and a volcano. The house is totally stocked with everything you need to cook and play in the water. Tetyana was super responsive. Overall, a great place to stay on the Kailua-Kona side of the Big Island. »

« Had a great day with friends who all came to Kona for the Ironman world championships. Fully equipped three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with everything you would need. « The condo was great however the cleanliness in the bathroom was not complete. There was still hair around the sink. The beds were killing our back. They need new ones. Other then that the property itself was great and beautiful grounds. »

« Spent the week on the big island for both vacation and business conference at the Hilton. Excellent proximity to the conference and very nice local shopping and supplies nearby. Most within walking distance. Amenities were very nice although didn’t get to use the pool much due to conference time. Easy to navigate to other locations on the island and extremely close to beach access. Walking distance or less than five minute drive Definitely would consider staying at this property.
