« We arrived when it was dark and the property was a bit difficult to find once we got through the security gate primarily because of how the numbering and lettering is placed and the lack of street lighting. Fortunately the property management answered promptly and helped us get oriented. « This is a very nice place to unwind. The other condos that we've stayed at are closer to the beach but those areas seem a little more busy and hectic. Out here is less touristy and therefore quieter and relaxed. Much more of a house/home than a mass produced condo feel. »

« We stayed for 4 nights in Waikoloa Village on the "Sunset house". It was very confortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay: cookware, many beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. The beds were confortable and the house was clean. Note that there are feral cats that live in the backyard and they would sit or sleep on the patio fourniture when we were away. »

« The condo was right across from the pool, which was awesome! The unit itself was very spacious. Just a few suggestions- maybe think of having Kleenex available & better toiletries. I had to bring my body wash from home. We ran out of ice from the freezer, not sure why it didn’t make more. Had a very relaxing extended weekend. »

« We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home. »

« We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was excellent. All the living spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked the location of the unit relative to shops, restaurants, and grocery store (literally minutes away on foot). There was very little outside noise (except for the birds, which we loved). Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again. »
