Enjoy a fully-furnished kitchen, with coffee/tea/hot chocolate, cookware, spices, serving plates, wine glasses, and even frozen beer mugs in the freezer! We provide 3 Roku TVs and high-speed WiFi as well!

One reserved parking spot comes with this rental! On the busiest weekends in Waco where it can be difficult to find parking downtown, you will have a reserved spot adjacent to the building.

When you walk in the building, you'll be met with the charm of the Behrens loft building. It boasts historical value as a converted pharmaceutical building and one of the only buildings that survived the devastating tornado of 1953.

Guests please take note: as this is located in a centralized area downtown, there are occasional noises from nearby businesses and a train. Being a historic condo building, there are also occasional noises from plumbing lines and neighboring condos that can be heard. We have provided white noise machines in each bedroom as well as in the living room next to the sleeper sofa for your comfort.

Feel 100% safe in this secure, locked building. To access the unit, you will use a door code that will be provided before check-in. You will have access to the entire condo except for one locked owner's closet. In the building rear, there is a ramp for easy access.

I'll be available during your stay via text for routine issues/questions or phone for urgent issues.

You'll enjoy the comfort of having a reserved parking space for those who bring a car. There are some residents who walk and bike most places as there is ample restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is also a free open air trolley that runs Friday and Saturdays that picks up one block from the condo.

House rules:
No parties allowed. Per City of Waco's short term rental regulations, our occupancy limit is 6. If a party is identified, guests will be evicted immediately without a refund.

Smoking policy: We have a strict No Smoking Policy. There is no smoking tobacco or illegal substances allowed on the property. This includes vaping. Please help us keep Silo Getaways a smoke-free zone. Violators will be subject to a $1000 fine + damage/cleaning fees.

This was our 2nd time to stay here, and I've been very impressed both times. The apartment is immaculate, the amenities are top-notch and the location is unbeatable. Weekend with my girls!
Wife and daughter needed a getaway. Our first trip to Waco’s and Magnolia. First off the apartment was in a perfect spot. We parked Friday night and never moved the car. A short walk to tons of stuff. We had a great time. You can’t beat the location. The apartment was very clean and suited the three of us perfectly.

Great stay!
We were in town for Baylor homecoming so the location was perfect! The parade was right in front of the building so we had a great view and could go in for more coffee while viewing:) This location is walk to all things downtown and a very quick drive to Baylor campus. The loft is beautiful, nicely decorated, quiet and very comfortable! Our host was accessible for communicating, kind and thoughtful. We were impressed and highly recommend staying here!

Mother/daughter getaway
This was a great location for our mother/daughter getaway. My daughter arrived a little earlier than me and the host graciously provided her an early check-in. We walked everywhere since so many things were nearby. The property itself was charming and had all the staples you would need. Check-out was one of the easiest I have seen and I have stayed at many VRBO locations. This location was decorated beautifully. We would stay here again on a return visit. The host was very proactive in accessing any needs we might have. I can't say enough about this location. We enjoyed our visit.

Perfect Relaxing Fun Getaway!
We needed a relaxing fun getaway and this was perfect. The luxury loft was adorable with lots of space for us. The luxury loft condo has everything you need for cooking. Beautiful relaxing shower! Location was awesome. Walking distance to Magnolia Market shopping, restaurants, cute bars. Everything we wanted was right there. We will be back when we need a break from the big city.

Great place!
Great place to stay in Waco, easy walk to Magnolia and a plethora of restaurants. Might just be when we were there but there was plenty of street parking in addition to the one saved parking lot spot. Quiet street, very little noise at all during the entire stay.

CJ's space is beautiful! I wanted to take the mattress, comforter and pillows home with me. The shower is awesome. You can't beat the location. The check-in process was smooth and he even helped us with clothes my husband left.

We loved our stay at Brazos. The loft is very well decorated, cozy, and clean. The hosts have clearly thought through the needs of their guests. Location is great and very convenient for visiting the Silos or the Bears.

Fantastic location
We were in town for a horse show at the Extraco Events Center and this was a perfect location for us. A short walk to Silos, Spice Village, Dr Pepper museum and lots of food. Fabled, a bookstore, is located just next door and it was a fantastic place to grab a coffee and a good book. The apartment was supplied with all the things needed for a very comfortable stay. The linens were top quality and the beds were comfortable. There was a wide range of spices available so it made it easy to cook. It is hard to come up with negatives, the only one I can think of is the parking space location, and that really isn't that bad. it is in the lot on the other side of the same block but we were also able to park on the street closer to the back entrance. The key fobs were not working in the front entrance for our stay but if they were the walk from the parking space wasn't far at all. Overall this is an excellent property for a stay in Waco and we would definitely stay again.

This place is Incredible!!!!
The location is the absolute BEST in Waco! Walkable to everything - silos/magnolia market, tons of restaurants, spice village, the findery, fabled bookstore next door - I could go on and on! The condo is immaculate and everything is newly renovated and furnished! Of course, the historic nature of the building is incredibly charming but place feels refreshed and new! The kitchen is WELL STOCKED including a coffee/tea bar with tons of options! The linens and beds are so comfortable - slept better here than at home! The best part of this condo is the host - she is so responsive, communicative and CARING! I can’t wait to return to Waco to stay here!
