Penthouse Paradise is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury, offering four spacious bedrooms, an open floor plan, and panoramic ocean views just outside on the balcony. Enjoy ample space for oceanside dining, entertaining, dolphin-watching, and unwinding while gazing at the moon reflecting on the water.
As of 2023, this condo has been thoroughly renovated, featuring beautiful hardwood floors, new furniture, updated window treatments, and modern TVs throughout, providing guests with comfort, charm, and convenience. High-speed internet access is available throughout the home for added ease.
The full kitchen boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with plenty of space for family meals with an oceanfront view.
At night, each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a TV; two of the bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms. The primary suite, located on the second floor, offers wraparound ocean views, a magnificent private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and granite countertops.
The Sanctuary is home to fantastic on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also features a children’s playground and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball, plus ample public parking for guests. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and extensive hiking trails.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
