"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

Side street location, minutes away from the University area, bars, shops etc. Easy access to the centre of Bologna, 15 minutes walk to the main train station. It’s large, very well-located, clean but it needs freshened up with paint, it wasn’t the shower that was advertised online but it was very good except a little small, the tv and wifi were very good including Netflix, and it is very well appointed. A pretty serious negative were the mattresses on the bed. Very uncomfortable. They seemed more like foam mattress foam covers for a mattress. If they fix that problem, we’d give it a five. "

"This stay is part of a longer trip. The hotel is excellent. Luggage room if you arrive early as we did. Location is in the old area so a 5 min walk to piazza magiorre and the tourist information office. Breakfast was included and it was great. All in all, wish I’d have booked a longer stay. "
