Une bonne impression en arrivant, l'hôtel est beau, la piscine magnifique et le site au milieu de nulle part nous font déjà rêver. Mais c'est de courte durée, le personnel n'est pas sympathique, ni souriant et encore moins accueillant ! Nous avions réservé un Cottage Familial, spacieux et original, mais un froid glacial. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car.
