"Excellent location, easy walk to many tourist attractions. We stayed for 2 nights which we then headed to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. We left our luggage at the hotel without any issues. Best part of the hotel are the staff! Very helpful and always there to provide any guidance about Hanoi. Shout out to Jimmi and Jennie for always remembering our names and making our kids feel so special. I think I may have the name correct, Lien, the front desk staff at night was awesome as well. Thank you and we will be back here next time. "

"Nice modern and clean hotel in a prime location across from the beach. We had a spacious beach front room with a balcony, too bad can’t see the sunrise during our 3 days stay due to the cloudy sky. Love the beautiful room scent in the lobby. Nice welcome drink and beautiful leis, room had delicious tropical fruits first day checking in. Staffs were attentive from start to finish. Breakfast buffet was good, loved the local Vietnamese fares."
