Our stay was great, the front desk was helpful for check in, check out, and recommendations. The breakfast in the breakfast room was a great decision, delicious and with a beautiful view. Amazing room - true to the description. Tons of space and a nice sofa to lounge on. Service was excellent. Very good location right next to the Rialto bridge which made to/from train station as well as getting around the city so much easier.

Unsuitable for people who have issues with steos
Unfortunately there were steps to get to our room. The staff were available to help with luggage when we arrived and left. Room itself large. Looked out over a side canal. A lot of noise from upstairs or sure if hotel or other usage. Easy to access from grand canal transport.

Our stay was very nice, great location, easy access to water taxes. The breakfast dining room over looked the canal beautiful. The standard room was a little small , but very modern but comfortable. The staff catered to our needs, they were very helpful in every way. The breakfast was amazing everything you would want. I would stay there again.
