"The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile. The room could use and update but it's fair for the price and location. Our room was on the first floor so it was fairly noisy during the day and evening but not so bad that we couldn't sleep. They have earplugs available on the nightstands. The location is great! You're within walking (or bike riding) distance to Santa Monica Pier and the Venice boardwalk. "
