- A 14 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area and TV.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and wardrobe
- A bathroom with shower and WC

- A lovely 6,000 m² private garden with fenced plot, table and chairs
- An enclosed 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Valsemé, just 10 km from the picturesque Normandy coast, offering a peaceful and extremely pleasant setting. Its proximity to Deauville and Trouville means you can take full advantage of the seaside experience of the former while discovering the authenticity of the latter. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
