We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, this charming house of lime pit foot, air-conditioned, at less than one kilometer of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 116 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of about 400 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen with central island equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Room 1 : a double bed
- Room 2 : a double bed
- Room 3 : one double bed
- Room 4 : two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower
- A separate toilet

Exterior:
- A private, heated swimming pool, open from April until the end of the All Saints' vacation (early November). Size: 4 / 8 meters.
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² with outdoor furniture and plancha to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Two uncovered terraces of 20 m² each and one covered terrace of 20 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Tourist sites : medieval cities, historical centers, castles, Balazuc (village of character Ardéchois)...
- Sporting activities : Canyoning, canoeing, hiking, horse riding, quad biking, Via Ferrata, acrobranche, bicycle touring...

- Gastronomic heritage : honey from the Cevennes, Montélimar nougat, Ardèche chestnuts, local markets...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house, outside, which can accommodate 4 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Pierrelatte train station, about 45 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Nimes airport at about 1h35

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
