"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

"My colleague and I stayed at this two bedroom condo in Pasadena because we were attending a conference at the convention center. This home was perfect and exactly what we needed! It was within walking distance to the convention center. There were plenty of places around to eat at. I appreciated that we had our own parking in the garage. The building is very secure. I could not hear any neighbors and the condo was not facing any busy streets so the place was quiet.The host was fast when...

"My husband and I were in the area to visit family, and this ended up being the perfect place to stay. It was just the right size for 2 people, and is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The owner does a great job with communication, and makes himself available for anything that might pop up. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town. "

"Jeff was a great host, great communicator, accommodating, and very helpful. This home is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of secured parking and lots of space. Stayed for a music festival a little ways but it was worth the drive for what the home offered. Highly recommend!"

"The property is well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and clean, and plenty of towels and linens were provided. It was unseasonably cold so a few more blankets were needed but we run cold anyway so that's just us. We had a large group (8 people) and we all fit and were able to be comfortable. The host was great! Very responsive and helpful! Check in and check out was a breeze, and since the event our club was at is a yearly thing, we will likely book here again. "
