"We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! "Pretty good stay, everything is walkable distance, and the view was gorgeous! The only thing was a dripping sound in our room that we didn’t know where it came from and you could hear when the toilet flushes in another room. "
"They have a place with a great potential but they could care for it a bit more. For example replacing broken lamps and missing bulbs, soundproofing the rooms (you hear all the conversations and other unpleasant noises next door), cleaning the decoration fabrics in the room, etc.

"The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand.
The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar.
Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling. "

The only bummer is there’s no free parking so you have to use an underground structure where the spots are very tight: and pay for it daily but that’s the way many hotels do it so wasn’t surprised. "
