A Peaceful RIVERFRONT home w/ great swimming hole

Come out & RELAX with your family or friends and enjoy some peace and quiet. Sit on the front porch,enjoy a nice breeze, watch the different bird species, lay in the hammock or splash in the beautiful Nueces river right out in front yard. You won’t hear any noisy traffic, but you will surely hear the wind chimes, birds singing,a nice breeze blowing through the trees, and be able to watch as the sun sets. Come out and enjoy. You will be glad you did.
The space
The home is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms, and 2 full baths, and washer and dryer available. The main living area is open and has lots of seating, indoor and outdoor refrigerators, to eliminate in and out traffic while wet from swimming, lots of natural light, with plenty of room to gather. Guest access
The house sits on a little over and acre and has walking trails and plenty of outdoor spaces. In front of the property (facing the river) there is plenty of space to pitch a tent, set up a volleyball net or water slide. Behind the house (parking area) there is plenty of shade trees to sit under and a mile down the road (turn left out of driveway) take the time to go down to blue hole (4x4 required) or walk the 10-15 minutes down and enjoy !!!

Please use caution. This is country life out here :) and it comes with some responsibility. Please use caution at all times, especially when swimming or hiking. Please pay attention to weather reports and never swim in murky brown water after a big rain. Please acknowledge that medical help is 30 min away, and property owner is not responsible for any injuries, or accidents and guests assume all risk. Stay safe and enjoy :) fyi the home is still under mild construction, all is well, just need to finish painting a few repair spots, and master restroom has ceiling Sheetrock soft spot and water spots due to prior roof leak. Please don’t let this stop you from loving the place.
