This fantastic property features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 3 sofa beds, perfect for a small group of guests. We are located 2 minutes from Starved Rock State Park, Grizzly Bear Resort, and the Illinois River. Nearby parks include: Matthiessen State Park and Buffalo Rock State Park. With amenities like AC, WiFi, 2 gas fireplaces, a coffee bar, and a jetted jacuzzi bathtub, your stay will be nothing short of brilliant. You will feel one with nature whether you are cozying up by the fireplace, or sitting on one of the 2 balconies or patio that the property offers. Relax in the cozy living room with an additional sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Located 90 minutes from downtown Chicago. You can spend your stay in our jacuzzi, playing games, reading books, hiking, watching Netflix, cooking, or stopping by downtown Utica for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Weekend getaway
Very clean and spacious townhome, just a 2-minute drive to Starved Rock. Plenty of balconies to enjoy a morning coffee or lunch, and although in a townhome community, the unit does provide privacy. Downtown Utica offers several bar and grills, a cute cafe, and a wonderful wine bar/shop.
