Come relax and enjoy the fresh air in this Vacation Villa located inside the Grand Bear Resort. This beautiful 2-story home is decorated with rustic log style furnishings. The generous 1,800 square foot Villa sleeps 9 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, comforting fireplaces, televisions, a patio, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, kitchen & dining area.

The kitchen is complete with all major appliances dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, eating utensils and basic cookware. To maximize your rental experience please consider bringing any special items you may need. There is a 24 hr convince store located inside the resort lobby, should you forget something.

-The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, pull out twin sofa sleeper, fireplace, TV, private vanity and whirl pool tub.
-The Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, TV and balcony.
-Folding bed available
-Free WIFI access
-Special rates when booking 7 nights or more

Should you feel more is needed while on your stay please feel free to visit the General Store located inside GrandBear Resort.

*This Vacation Villa is privately owned and the use of some resort amenities (i.e. water park, mini golf) IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL. Tickets must be purchased separately. And you have to call Grand Bear Lodge in advance to check for availability.

Great family home near Starved Rock
We stayed at Martin’s townhouse for a quick family getaway near Starved Rock. The home was clean, quiet, and just as described. The owner was responsive when we had some questions. We would happily stay here again.

Best way to enjoy the Starved Rock area!
This townhouse is charming and comfortable and clean and ideally located! I have stay in Martin's townhome before and each time I am so glad to have friends enjoy his place with me! You can literally hike from the door through Starved Rock SP! Plus close to kayaking and Utica and Ottawa! Thanks Martin!!!!!!!

We’ve stayed at this cabin twice this summer, both weeks the cabin was very clean and the host has open communication and answered my questions quickly. The cabin location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to the playground or the main Grand Bear building for dining or swimming. We’re already planning our third trip back to this cabin!

Well kept and had the amenities we wanted- including kitchen ware. Great that it is an end unit for light and by parking. We appreciated being able to bring our pups and previous pet owners were careful (no issues with marking or smells).

Nice villa in a great location
We enjoyed the location being so close to the parks and trails, and staying on the resort property was convenient for restaurants and the arcade. Communication with Martin was great! We did have pest issues... Thousands of tiny ants in the kitchen and earwigs all over the place, but they came and sprayed while we were there and were generous as a result. I would stay with them again.
