"Our stay wasn't bad, I only have two complaints: It was a bit chilly in the basement And the volume on the tv didn't turn up, i had to read the subtitles because i couldn't hear it. The host was very easy to get ahold of, he responded right away when i messaged him. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, bus stop very close."

"Great, cozy, comfortable, light-filled cottage for two on St Margarets Bay, with view of water from large deck. Close to beaches, South Shore, Peggy's Cove and Halifax area. The village of Hubbards has grocery, cafes, pharmacy, NSLC, bike trails and great Farmers Market."

"The location was good and the kitchen was well stocked in as far as dishes, cutlery, towels,laundry detergent etc The place needs a good cleaning! The chair in the living room needs to be cleaned as it had a bad odor. The downstairs bathroom especially. Lots of missing light bulbs making the place dark. Doors didn’t close properly in the upstairs bathroom and in the bedroom downstairs. The front inside door also didn’t close properly. The downstairs mattresses were terrible and after the second...

"Me and my partner had an amazing time at this super sweet unit. It looks just like the pictures, check in and check out was super easy and host was very helpful. It is a little drive from downtown and shopping centre but we didn’t mind. It was nice, clean and welcoming. "

"I will say that the property setting was amazing, with picturesque views, especially with large windows, you could see the beauty of winter.The check in process was seamless and communication with host was amazing and timely. We were just a bit disappointed that the fireplace was not functional and there were no ping pong table available which were 2 things we were looking forward to. Other than that, we had an amazing time with the family."
