« My son and I usually stay in Chimney Rock- but due to the destruction of Chimney Rock that was not possible- we decided to stay in Lake Lure to help the community. The family and i thought this place came with a hot tub but unfortunately we misunderstood this (it was our fault) We loved the view and how kind of secluded it is from other houses. We reached the owner and they were so quick to respond to any of our questions. « We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling. I recommend this property for your next visit to the Black Mountain area. »

« This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone and so many amenities! Beds were comfortable. View was outstanding, best in the area, when looking out you saw the lake and mountains. So many things to do: game room with pool table, dart board, foosball table, pac man & galaxy games, TV with four reclining chairs & big screen TV and many board games. Fire pit outside was great! Pictures were accurate. Property manager was very helpful and responded to our needs promptly. »

« This vacation home is perfect for a couple or a couple with a teen that wants their own space. The location was excellent. A few miles from downtown Chimney Rock, right on a Lake Lure quiet cove, and a 1 minute drive from a nice lakeside restaurant. We very much enjoyed waking up early in the morning, making a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony off the bedroom to watch the mist rise off the lake as the morning fisherman slowly moved past. We never saw anyone actually catch a fish...
