"Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs. "My main reason for choosing to stay here was proximity to Elk Mountain. The fact that it was pet-friendly and completely cozy was a mega bonus! The house has all the comforts of 'home'. Everything you need to prepare a full meal was in the kitchen. Extra blankets for those chilly evenings when want to be extra comfy, along with extra linens if needed.
