"We booked for proximity to the Grand Canyon. Room smelled musty and there was no fan in the bathroom. Also sink and toilets were super low, like kid height, and hot water was extremely HOT. Staff yelled at my kids for playing basketball but why have a hoop if you dont want it to be used?"
