« We have been staying at this lovely townhouse for around 10 years. Great location, 1 mile to downtown and stadium. House is clean, spacious and well stocked. Parking is a little trickier these days as there have been several multi unit condos that have bedn added in the neighborhood- so street parking is harder to find. The host was INCREDIBLE about answering our questions, and accommodating our guests. « I am a Seattle local and I rented this location to be close to downtown and show my out-of-town friend the city. This property was beautiful in decoration and cleanliness. I had to reach out to the host because we thought there was an issue with the heat - there wasn't - and the host was immediately responsive and helped troubleshoot.I would absolutely return to this property if I need someplace local to stay again. »

« We stayed at this location when we were in town for the Cyndi Lauper concert. We wanted to be close to the climate pledge Arena. It is a 25 min walk from this place. It is also close to Whole Foods, which is great for groceries. There’s lots of restaurants close by too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. We used everything indoor, even though the outdoor ones were beautiful. It was just a cold day. Would really recommend! »

« The house is incredible for families. So many toys and books. The master and the bunk bed room are on the top floor with a small but mighty play area. And then two bedrooms on main floor along with the office, two living areas, and main play room. Honestly this was my favorite vacation house ever. It has everything you need. Things are well labeled.could not have been happier. If during the summer, I think the outdoor space would feel a bit lacking with kids. »
