New sun block curtains for all 5 sliding glass doors installed this winter offer easy outdoor access. New Propane BBQ on 5/18/24. Beautiful luxury home with pool and hot tub in a secluded backyard. This is a very spacious pool area with 3 Chaise loungers and many chairs and tables. Great city and mountain views from all areas. Koi pond with waterfall that attracts wildlife including many birds. Various viewing decks. Large Santé Fe fireplace. This home offers all this yet close to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, arts districts and shopping. The home is just a few minutes drive from the main parking lot for Tucson's New Modern Street Car! Towering Giant Saguaro cactus on property! 1.4 acres. Located at the base of the Tucson Mountains in the Western Foothills. Incredible views of Santa Catalina and Rincon mountain chains. Very secluded and quiet pool yard with 1 gas and 1 charcoal BBQ's. Just 8 miles to Saguaro National Park! Pets considered. (Please ask) (Sorry no large parties allowed. Family and friends are welcome though) This entire property including pool, jacuzzi and Koi pond is covered by a commercial insurance policy and you as a guest are covered for medical and personal liability.

Private but close to everything
Loved the location and views. It felt like we were staying outside of town with Mountain Views but it was actually in a neighborhood. Easy access, check in, clean pool and hot tub, great space both inside and outside.

Great stay
This house met our needs. We came in for a week of hiking, so other than evenings, we were on the go. The house is in a small neighborhood, but Tony’s place sits back off the street so feels quite secluded. The fish pond was a highlight of our time at the house. Tony has chairs set up around the pond and the fish trained to swim up close anytime you sit outside. If you have allergies or sensitive to strong smells, this house may not be for you. There is a strong “fireplace” smell throughout the house. It did not bother us, and we quickly became nose-blind. But working in pulmonology, I could see it affecting some. Ask Tony for restaurant suggestions. Amazing!!! Tony was very easy to get in touch with - always with a quick reply. We would rent with Tony again if returning to the Tucson area. Thank you, Tony for a great week!

This is the best place to come & unwind, no noise, very private. Great accommodations for a family to have a wonderful time. Very well stocked even fish food for the goldfish. I would definitely come back here again.

Perfect location in West Tucson
I rented this house for 6 family members to stay during Thankgsiving and it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped, everything worked well, the gas stove was a bonus. The outdoor space had plenty of chairs and tables. My older nephew loved the hot tub, we did not use the pool as it was a bit cold outside. The bedrooms allowed each couple to have their space and privacy. Bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. If I have family come again to Tucson I will definitely rent this home. Thank you Tony!

We loved staying at Tony's home! It was perfect for my son, his wife, my two grandchildren and me. We spent a wonderful week in this private desert setting as our home base. The house offered everything we needed and Tony is definitely a superhost.

Terrific social areas as well as space for personal time. A very relaxing home with lots of patio room. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub. Loved the koi pond and the variety of plants & birds on the property. This is not the first vrbo for any of our group of 7, and we were all surprised at the ice maker lol. Well stocked kitchen!

We chose this VRBO due to the location and closeness to our plans there. The wedding was downtown and just minutes away from the house. It was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay. There was a small glitch regarding WIFI, but quickly resolved with the owner. I would recommend Tony's house to anyone going to Tucson.

The property was great, the home was amazing, the neighborhood--didn't seem to be in a neighborhood at all due to it's location in the foothills, the accoutrements were more than enough, and the owner, well where do I start? He went above and beyond for us right from the get-go! In fact it was before we even got to his home! Love this home and location
This house is a little gem tucked away in a sweet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. We stayed for a week when we dropped off our daughter at college. The pool was so refreshing for hot days. There are tons of areas to hang out outside. I meditated by the koi pond on a number of mornings. We will definitely stay here again sometime.

My family from WI & MD as well as us locals throughly enjoyed our time together to celebrate my 60th birthday, one of my grandsons 5th birthday and my oldest daughter's PHD. graduation from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. The outside area was fantastic. It was extremely hot so the pool was a great way to cool off. The views both night and day were beautiful. We would definitely book again at this location. Thanks again Tony 😊

Great home away from home!
The house was a perfect home away from home! It was equipped with everything we needed and more. I accidentally bought whole bean coffee and realized there was even a coffee bean grinder that I was able to use in the home! The patio and pool area were just amazing..especially after a hike in 110 degree weather! We would definitely love to stay here if we are in the area again, someday.
