Enjoy a new 1 bedroom (750 square foot) with high end finishes. This apartment is above a garage attached to a family home with its own separate entrance with keyless entry. We are centrally located just 30 minutes away from Ithaca, Binghamton, and Elmira, just a short distance to countless waterfalls, hiking trails, and finger lake wineries. A balcony to enjoy the valley views is featured along with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and bedroom with queen sized bed. A futon in the living room can be used to sleep up to two additional occupants. All toiletries are provided, as well as bed linens.

Quiet, cozy night in the countryside
My husband and I traveled to Ithaca for a weekend and decided to stay outside of the city. Jason’s apartment was more affordable than any other options I saw and, even though it was nearly 30 mins from Ithaca, we were happy with our choice. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was quiet and there was a gorgeous view of the countryside. They even had bagels in the fridge for us and other snacks in the cabinet, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for our family to stay the night before a wedding. It was easy to get in and out, the apartment was finely appointed and had everything we needed - even some thoughtful gifts from the owner for breakfast! The owners were great and flexible to accommodate some of our needs.

A quiet, country stay with views!
I had to attend a training in Ithaca and could not find a place to stay. Vrbo to the rescue! This was my first time using a Vrbo property and the location was wonderful. The apartment was immaculate and included every possible amenity you could think of. I would absolutely stay here again if I come to Ithaca again.

I was moving a daughter here from Omaha, NE family was very accommodating to let me ship a few packages early. Everything you need is here- I will say there were stairs to enter so only a caution if you don’t do stairs, not a complaint. Laundry in unit, full kitchen w coffee. Everything just perfect.

Peaceful
Upon arrival and viewing the space, the pictures do not do justice of the beautiful space put together. It was peaceful and quiet. Town was no more than 10 mins away and 25 mins away from Ithaca. Our stay was beyond what we could've asked for. Jason and Abby were great during our stay and made sure we felt conformatble. Thank you Jason and Abby for making us feel at home in your home.

Simply lovely
Pleasantly surprised at how adorable the place was. Both the bed and futon were extremely comfortable. There was coffee and a few snacks waiting for us. Easy to check in and out. The view was wonderful. Incredibly accommodating and we were greeted in the morning by a super sweet cat out front. 5 stars for the cat as well.

Super comfortable, like new, modern and tasteful premises. Nice colors and clean layout. It was obvious a lot of thought was put into designing it. It's a bit scary at night because of the darkness outside, but beautiful views during the day! Would stay again!!! Thanks for the unexpected treats!
