Standard check-out time is by 11:00 am, as the cleaning crew will arrive immediately after to prepare for our next guest.
Please note, upon check-in, you may be required to provide:

2. Credit Card: The credit card leveraged for the reservation
3. Deposit: For local guests, an additional deposit of $2,500 may be required
In the complex, for the main/upper unit, please access through the front door, and for unit A/B, please access through the side door of the complex with a digital lock. Guest, note, that digital lock access details will be provided upon check-in.

Thank you for choosing our home for your stay. To ensure a pleasant and harmonious environment for everyone, we've outlined detailed house rules below. Compliance with these rules is essential for all guests.
General Conduct and Respect
• Respect for All: All guests are expected to treat the property, our staff, and fellow guests with the utmost respect. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Security Measures: For everyone's safety, do not share digital keys or access codes with outsiders. Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving your unit.
• Common Area Courtesy: Keep common areas clean and tidy after use. Personal items left in common areas may be removed without notice.
• Strictly No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking/vaping is not allowed within the units or any common areas. A significant cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
• Parking: Parking is on request. Upon approval, use designated parking spaces only. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Do not leave garbage outside of bins or in common areas.
• Parties/Events/Unauthorized Guests: Parties, events and/or unauthorized guests are not permitted.
Quiet Hours
• Observance Times: Guest, quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. This includes minimizing loud conversations, TV volume, and any other noises that could disturb others.
Laundry Facilities
• Request Use: Laundry facilities can be used once per stay, during the hours of 7 PM to 10 PM. Request your session through Airbnb Pro's messaging module. Note: availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Laundry Etiquette: Remove laundry promptly after washing/drying. Clean the lint trap and leave the area tidy for the next user.
Starter Kit and Essentials
• Guest, a starter kit containing toiletries, kitchen essentials, and a few comforts of home is provided to get your stay off to a great start.
Lost Items and Valuables
• Responsibility: The management is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay. Please secure your valuables.
Maintenance, Damages, and Responsibility
• Immediate Reporting: Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as they are noticed to prevent further damage.
• Charge for Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Charges will be assessed based on the cost of repair or replacement.
Pet Policy
• Approval Required: Pets are welcome upon prior approval. Please contact us to discuss requirements.
• Cleanup Duty: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage or extra cleaning required due to pets will incur additional charges.
• Leash Policy: For the safety of all guests, pets must be leashed in common areas.

• No Subletting: The rental agreement is strictly between the booking guest and the host(s). Subletting is prohibited.

• Water Usage: Be mindful of water usage. Report any leaks or running toilets to management immediately.
Departure Protocol
• Checklist Compliance: Guest, a departure checklist will be provided prior to check-out to ensure your unit is left in good order. This includes turning off lights, locking doors, cleaning dishes and returning any moved furniture to its original place.
• Digital Lock Reminder: The unit's door will automatically lock after 30 seconds. Ensure it is properly closed upon your departure.
