"Perfect place for me solo in NY. Visiting my daughter at college nearby. Easy walk or public transportation. The shared bathroom was absolutely fine. Never had to wait. In fact never even saw anybody else even though all rooms sold out. Very, very clean too. Will stay again. "

"They now charge an excessive and unnecessary $15 self-parking fee that we were not aware of until after leaving the hotel. Otherwise a decent place but we're not likely to return due to the new parking fees."

"The hotel is clean ish. There was some drops of blood on the curtains of the window. But other than that, the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. But be warned: there's only street parking available, and parking spots are hard to find, unless you get lucky. There are parking garages 2 or 3 blocks away for 25.00 or a little less"

"Nice entryway, lots of room for shoes. 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms were spacious. Nice size livingroom. Need more cookware for kitchen, and would recommend fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a better foundation for the attic bed. Moving slats caused the mattress to sag, especially at the foot of the bed. We would stay again. "
