« We had five adults stay in the townhouse over a long weekend to see the mansions for Christmas. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, and in a great location to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again and highly recommend it! »

« An absolutely wonderful property. Tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Don't let the outside fool you. This is quite spacious inside with three generous bedrooms on the main floor and a fourth in the finished basement. Plenty of room for the entire family. The interior of the home looks like the pictures on the listing! Not like many properties where the picturres were taken years ago and the current state is in need of repair and updating. Kudos to Michael on this...

« We were in town for a fishing expo. We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. 3 guys were fine with one on the couch. A really great spot for two couples. Parking was easy when we were there, but maybe not always. The place was clean. Access was unique but convenient. The location was really perfect for us. Thanks for a great visit. We will be back! »

« Property was just how described. Short drive to beach. Loved that you were able to walk to grab a bite or have a drink. Owner was very responsive when we had a problem with the ac. It was looked into and fixed the same day. Thanks Zac! »

« Presented as advertised. Note should be made as to steep staircase, would not be good for anyone with ambulation difficulty. While it is off season, could use some touch-ups. »

« I stayed at this property during a late Fall work trip to Newport. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but I can see how amazing it would be to stay here in the summer. Everything was just as expected. Getting in was super easy. Edward even mailed a package back to me that arrived after my departure. Very fast communication. I would love to try to snag this gem for Newport Folk Fest. »

« It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. »

« Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host. »

Magnifique Resort

"L’hotel est vraiment très chouette il a été remove avec gout! Il a’agot d’un grand resort. Il y a une salle de jeux et des jeux disposables dans les salons c’est tres agreeable. La chambre est belle et spacieuse "
