"When we arrived check in was okay the lady was kinduh rude maybe she had a bad day ? They only had one elevator working so it did take a while to get up since there is 5 floors the hotel was packed a lot of people staying . It was a nice room perks was the nice light with the stars . Downstairs at the food bar I tried ordering but was ignored so I just went out for takeout the customer service on all the workers needs a lot of work . Very unhappy people working .
