Although there were a few MINOR things about our stay that could have been better (the water temperature was slightly cooler than we expected and the kitchen knives and can opener were flimsy and difficult to use), we think the overall experience was fantastic. "This was our second year staying at this house and jr has been great! We come out to snowmobile and there is enough room in the driveway for a pickup with a trailer as well as other pickups! We come out with another family and all meet at the house for meals. There is enough room for all to eat as well as the kids to play. We are looking for a place closer to the other family, but if we can’t find one we will be back! "

"Overall this property was excellent and we would stay there again. The amenities, bedding, furniture, and assortment of games were wonderful. The only downside is that at night there were some loud noises, which may or may not have anything to do with the property. Nightly once or twice there would be a very loud bang. And additionally, it sounded like a piece of equipment had a motor running throughout the night. For the most part, white noise was able to cover the motor sound."

"We really wanted to do a hot springs experience for out of town visitors, but we didn't want to drive more than 6 hours roundtrip. When I discovered the lodging at these hot springs, it was a no brainer to book and stay. I've been to several hot springs in CO but this was unique because of the pools along the creek. Rooms were clean and comfy so I would stay here again. Lots of other amenities but we didn't have time for them."
